I can't say enough on how helpful Dan was when we were looking for a home to downsize to and retire in. One phone call was all it took for him to get back to us and come up with a strategy to begin a search. A short time later, he picked us up and showed us all the possibilities in the neighborhoods we wanted with the specifications. Seeing as how we wanted a newer bungalow, in possibly a gated age-restricted community with pets and our daughter, it narrowed the possibilities, but he was up to the challenge.

Subsequent calls had Dan available on the ready as well, taking calls at any hour. He was pleasant, patient, courteous, professional, and worked on client's behalf for best deal and value. Good sense of humor too.
